Working hours

Responsibility
- helping to Managing the small lettings team
- reaching the office Lettings and Sales target each month
- help develop the Pennington brand
- communicate with target audiences and build and develop good Landlord/vendor buyer and tenant relationships
- help the marketing exec. with, advertising, direct marketing and marketing campaigns
- support the Directors in delivering the service and assisting in increasing the turnover
- assist in helping to produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- help maintain and update customer databases
Requirements
- excellent Communication skills with sales experience
- A flair for identifying and implementing new business development ideas
- the ability to work well as a team player and under own initiative
- experience and ability to manage a small sales team
- excellent organisational skills to efficiently organise and manage viewings and landlord appointments in a timely fashion
- A good understanding of the Lettings and sales business and aware of Lettings and Sales law and recent legislation
- sales: 1 year
- to have previous experience in Lettings and Sales and a proven track record working at taking responsibility for the development and increasing new lets and gaining new landlords and Vendors and income streams
