Responsibility
- develop effective working relationships with both management and colleagues
- the Deputy Manager is responsible for allocating care workers to clients and producing weekly rotas
- liaising with clients and other professionals when needed to ensure the correct, high-quality services are being delivered
- supporting the Registered Manager in the management of Penna Homecare Limited by providing care and support to our clients and the care team within the community we serve
- promote the rights of each client, ensuring that their care and support plan is outcome-based person centered
- update client and carer records on an ongoing basis and ensure accuracy of all records
- main Tasks of Position
- ensure we are working to the standards expected by Care Quality Commission and work with the Registered Manager to continuously improve the service we provide to our clients and the wellbeing of all team members
