  • chasing maintenance contractors and ensuring jobs are signed off by clients
  • liaising with local councils and utility companies when tenants move in/out of properties
  • any such tasks as reasonably requested by the Management team/Admin Staff
  • dealing with landlords and investors for property and investment updates
  • ensuring compliance certificates and other matters are fully up to date
