Responsibility
- manage a KPI caseload of clients with good attention to details in order to achieve monthly set target
- able to liaise with internal and external clients/ contractors/ employers for Apprenticeship qualifications
- responsible for completing digital and paper base applications, using numerous platforms; excellent IT skills will be essential
- accurate recording of daily stats and managing follow up calls successfully
- working as part of a dedicated team to ensure overall monthly KPI’s are achieved
- administration skills are required daily
- currently working remotely
- employer engagement skills necessary in order to develop and maintain the growth of business and relationships with new and existing employer’s when required
Requirements
- experience of working within a Business Development role within the training industry
- excellent knowledge of government funding streams / programmes / work based learning
- interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients/ employers / managers
- excellent communication skills - presentation, written and verbal
- critical thinking skills
- must be confident in communication over the telephone and video calling
- time management and organisational skills
- full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle - you must be flexible with travel
