senior architectural technician
Responsibility
- as an Architecture Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team by preparing detailed drawings and plans
- prepare accurate architectural drawings and schedules using CAD software
- you will ensure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications
- collaborate with designers and other team members to create design solutions
- this position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- review and interpret technical documents such as Building Regulation documents
- and British Standard codes
- perform project coordination tasks and assist in Planning and Building Regulations
Requirements
- diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools such as Sketch
- up would be added advantage
- strong understanding of architectural design and building codes
- excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- experience with Autocad software and Office 365
- team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
