ensuring that all administrative work is kept up to date on the CRM System
working alongside the Digital Forensics team to ensure the successful completion of cases
the successful candidate will have solid experience within a similar role and have a real passion for sales, customer services, organisation, strong knowledge of MS Office along with good attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and strong communication skills
