- managing new inbound enquiries and generating new business
- managing all accounts from instruction to the completion of each case
- managing various different marketing platforms that produce new enquiries
- monitoring and contacting individuals that haven't yet been in contact with PEL Consultancy Services
- ensuring that all administrative work is kept up to date on the CRM System
- working alongside the Digital Forensics team to ensure the successful completion of cases
- the successful candidate will have solid experience within a similar role and have a real passion for sales, customer services, organisation, strong knowledge of MS Office along with good attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and strong communication skills
- business Development to bring new accounts to PEL Consultancy Services
