- ensure all information for the final account is presented and that it is accurate and on time
- produce site Specific Risk Assessments for individual projects as required
- due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join our busy installation / large works department
- liaise with the client as appropriate and update drawings and designs as required
- attend contract review meetings, site meetings and surveys with colleagues, customers or their representatives
- manage all aspects of quotations from reviewing, costing and completion in an efficient, profitable and timely manner whilst monitoring expenditure throughout the entirety of the project
- to be responsible for the management of the Site Foremen and Site Operatives and to ensure that work undertaken by them is carried out to a satisfactory standard and complies with the company’s contractual obligations, policies, procedures and work instructions and in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy
