- repot to and support Administration Manager to complete tasks aligning with company policies and procedures
- provide up-to-date certificates, policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation to customers and interested parties upon request
- report all non-conformances and observations to the relevant manager
- ensure company protocols are conducted including visitors are signed on and off site and supervised where necessary
- effectively complete administration activities to support the efficient operations of the business in line with the company management system and customer requirements
- ensure Sales, Sales Ordering and Customer Care duties are completed in a timely manner and are up-to-date
- ensure compliance to the Company’s quality, health & safety and environmental management system, relevant legislation, and other requirements within all aspects of your role
- maintain an up-to-date industry knowledge relevant to your role including relevant training when needed
