Responsibility
- carry out accurate fault diagnosis
- respond to breakdowns as required
- visit our different operating centre's and carry out repairs in the most efficient manner without compromising quality
- accurately communicate to the depots parts required to complete repairs and control any stock allocated to the van
- ensure excellent level of communication
- participate in the ‘on call’ system, alternating with team members
- carry out any other duties within their capabilities as deemed appropriate by the company
- conduct vehicle inspections to the minimum DVSA standard or above, up to and including MOT preparation and presentation to include 6 weekly inspections
