I worked at Pegasus Group as a Landscape Architect and gained valuable experience across a range of residential, planning and landscape projects. The company offers exposure to multidisciplinary teams and opportunities to develop technical skills in landscape design, LVIA/LVA work and planning-related projects. I particularly enjoyed the variety of work and the chance to collaborate with professionals from different disciplines.
Areas for improvement include clearer communication around career progression, performance expectations and feedback. Workloads and priorities can change quickly, which can sometimes make planning and development more challenging. Greater transparency around advancement opportunities and management communication would help improve the employee experience. Overall, it provides good professional experience and exposure to a broad range of projects.
