Responsibility
- we are looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team at the Hornsea clinic
- the successful candidate will be an accomplished communicator who can work independently, as well as within a friendly team, to provide our clients with a high standard of care
- the role will mainly consist of telephone and face to face communication, both with customers and external service provers. There will be some admin work to perform, both individually and in coordination with colleagues
- hours of work will be on a 2 week rotating schedule with an average of 35 hours per week, including every other Saturday morning in work and every other Monday off
