Responsibility

  • it also has a sister restaurant, Pizza & More adjacent to the main restaurant
  • experience in a 2 rosette kitchen is preferable, but not essential
  • ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and presented up to specification
  • the right work ethic, an inherent passion for food and willingness to learn is essential
  • follow proper food handling, cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • pebble Beach is an award winning restaurant with rooms in the Jurassic coast area of Hampshire in New Milton, between Bournemouth and Southampton
  • maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with all FSA regulations
  • florin Constantinescu as recently been promoted to Head Chef, from his previous position of Sous Chef, which he held for 2 years

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or higher
  • knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology, 2 rosette level or more but not essential
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain calmness and concentration
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • junior Sous Chef or Higher: 5 years
  • senior Sous Chef: 2 years
