- to manage the residential budget for the Home
- to ensure that the children receive appropriate pocket money and that deductions are adhered to
- to ensure that the domestic duties within the home are fairly shared out among all of the team
- to co-ordinate hospital, doctors, dentists, opticians, and other health related appointments
- to liaise with Senior Staff and individual children's social workers to co-ordinate home and contact visits
- to ensure that administrative systems and recording systems within the home are adequately completed
- to ensure that the shopping and the purchase of domestic supplies, good, clothes, etc are to the standard promoted by Pear Tree Policies and Procedures
- to be fully aware of all circumstances and situations that the children are involved in and liaise with Senior Staff
