- prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and taste
- train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring that they follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards

Requirements

- excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and ingredients
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
