  • production of a monthly payroll payment run
  • ensuring all rechargeable costs are entered ready for weekly sales invoicing
  • bank Reconciliations
  • assisting with month end margin analysis
  • assisting with the preparation of Management Accounts
  • quarterly VAT return preparation

Requirements

  • essential
  • minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance role
  • strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
  • understanding of accounting software systems - including Xero and Excel
  • excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • accounting: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
