Responsibility
- normal working hours are 38 hours per week from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3pm on Fridays
- holiday entitlement is 29 days per year which is inclusive of statutory holidays
- PE Systems is located in Hindley Green and manufactures battery charging equipment for use in industrial applications. Customers include National Grid, Siemens, SSE and UKPN
- you will be responsible for the loading and unloading of vehicles, preparing items for despatch; therefore you must be physically fit and comfortable using safe, manual handling techniques
- work required will be to move stock around in the warehouse, keeping records of stock and keeping work area tidy
- in addition, you will work with the team in stores, booking stock in and picking parts to go into manufacture. This involves use of a computer, and complying with all paperwork requirements
