Responsibility
determining the company’s strategic objectives and policies
monitoring progress towards achieving the objectives and policies
creating opportunities to meet with existing and prospective clients/commissioners
building on relationships with existing clients commissioning work from the company with a view to securing further business
securing new business
provide strategic recommendations to the board of directors
establishing company goals, aligned with the board and shareholder goals
to work in collaboration with the Directors to ensure that business growth activities are aligned to strategic objectives, and by developing strategic proposals that will make the company more successful and increase revenue
Education
essential: Experience working with vulnerable children or adults
Requirements
preferred: Qualifications in leadership and management, project management, health and social care, counselling or education
the position requires organisation, empathy, flexibility, enthusiasm and most importantly a commitment to promoting continuous improvement, person-centered practice and the confidence to manage challenging situations effectively
leadership & Management: 2 years
working with vulnerable young people & adults: 2 years
excellent communication skills will be required to inspire colleagues and mentees to achieve positive outcomes and to collaborate professionally to keep service users safe, as part of a well-established team of professionals
