detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills
proficiency in using customer support software systems, and e-commerce platforms
knowledge of bicycles and sports equipment is advantageous but not necessary
occasional flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings to accommodate customer needs
Responsibility
customer Support:Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
assist customers with product information, order status updates, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
monitor inventory levels, notifying relevant departments of any stock discrepancies or shortages
coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to address any delivery issues or delays
order Management:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established policies and procedures
collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment tracking
