in-depth knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards relevant to social housing construction
strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
effective team management skills, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
proficiency in relevant construction software and tools
Responsibility
budgeting, Cost Management : Review and Monitor pre-construction project budget v actual cost
value Engineering : Provide technical input to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and safety
project Management : Oversee the technical aspects of social housing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules
design Coordination : Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for social housing projects
