Responsibility
- budgeting, Cost Management : Review and Monitor pre-construction project budget v actual cost
- value Engineering : Provide technical input to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and safety
- project Management : Oversee the technical aspects of social housing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules
- design Coordination : Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for social housing projects
