- amongst other day to day duties, always delivering the highest standards of customer care possible

- you will be part of a fast paced, friendly and supportive team, taking calls from new and existing customers regarding the product and services we offer
- speaking to people from all over the UK, you’ll have targets and customer satisfaction levels to maintain as you solve problems, answer queries and offer useful advice to your customers
- no two days, or calls, will be the same so you’ll need to think on your feet, stay switched-on and aim to always deliver a right first-time service
