Responsibility

  • drive improvement in compliance and business efficiency. Define and communicate key compliance
  • download both vehicle and driver digital data
  • review the analysed data, brief drivers, arrange re-training and communicate with HR over initiating the disciplinary procedure where necessary
  • ensure we operate and maintain all aspects of legal compliance
  • ensure the business operates with the latest legislation updates and other members of the team are informed regularly
  • insurance accident investigation taking statements from drivers and downloading cameras
