Responsibility
- supervise and interact with dogs in our daycare facility, ensuring their safety and well-being
- organise and lead engaging activities, such as group play sessions, walks, and mental stimulation exercises
- maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitising play areas and equipment
- monitor and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioural concerns to the management team
- provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or requests
- assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to our policies and procedures
Requirements
- genuine love and understanding of dogs, with a commitment to their welfare and happiness
- ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, ensuring their safety and maintaining control in group settings
- strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- have a full clean manual drivers license
- you must have Level 3 Animal Management Qualification or equivalent
