drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives
monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination
implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess branch performance and take corrective actions when necessary
foster a customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional service is provided to all customers
resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, and other key industry professionals to expand the customer base and increase market share
Requirements
proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the paving, construction, or landscaping industry
strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and achieving targets
excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
sound knowledge of paving and landscaping products, including materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders
proficiency in using computer software and systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting
strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
