Responsibility

  • drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives
  • monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination
  • implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess branch performance and take corrective actions when necessary
  • foster a customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional service is provided to all customers
  • resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, and other key industry professionals to expand the customer base and increase market share

Requirements

  • proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the paving, construction, or landscaping industry
  • strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and achieving targets
  • excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • sound knowledge of paving and landscaping products, including materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders
  • proficiency in using computer software and systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
