Responsibility
- responsible for B2C and B2B online revenue
- management and development of the B2C & B2B websites to ensure continued acquisition growth and maximum conversion
- responsible for the marketing strategy and ensuring campaigns are executed across all digital channels including PPC, Email Marketing & Social Media
- manage site developments & integrations
- site Merchandising, UX & CRO
- reporting on KPIs and sharing insights to optimise traffic & conversion

- customer Data management – Manage our customer database to ensure relevancy and manage segmented lists by customer/channel with GDPR compliance
Requirements
- educated to degree level. Preferably in Digital Marketing or Business
- SEO and PPC experience are essential
- commercially minded with Direct-to-Consumer experience in Home & Garden or Luxury Goods
- experience with Magento, Klaviyo and Social Ads is preferred
- strong numeracy and analytical skills
- experience in developing digital strategies
- technically minded with a customer focusing approach
- 3+ years Ecommerce experience
