- develop and implement strategies to grow the business, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships

- analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- work closely with the design team to ensure that customer needs are met and that quality standards are maintained
- attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay up to date on industry trends and new products
- assist different department within the business during busy periods of the year or quiet times within the role
Requirements
