- develop and implement strategies to grow the business, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
- create and present winning tenders and/or pitches to new and existing clients
- establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, including wedding planners, event coordinators, and other businesses in the industry
- analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- work with the marketing team to develop marketing and sales plans to increase revenue and profitability
- work closely with the design team to ensure that customer needs are met and that quality standards are maintained
- attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay up to date on industry trends and new products
- assist different department within the business during busy periods of the year or quiet times within the role
Requirements
- strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
