- you will have previous experience in hospitality and should have a good level of numeracy and literacy
- cafe St Paul's is a continental-style cafe bar serving a modern and innovative menu, tucked away down St Paul’s Lane in the Bailgate area of uphill Lincoln
- we're open all day, 6 days a week, serving everything from an international small plate menu with a modern selection of wines and draught beers in the evening to coffee and breakfast in the morning
- our ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, ideally in a restaurant or bar setting
- we are looking for experienced, motivated individuals, aged 18 or over, that have a real passion for hospitality and customer service to join our small team
- working closely with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for serving our customers and looking after our cafe bar
- you should also have a keen eye for detail and precision and will be expected to fit into our team, taking pride in your own work and the ongoing success of the business
