Responsibility
- front of house greeting all visitors to the branch
- registering applicants and maintaining records
- arranging viewing & property appraisal appointments and gaining feedback
- arranging and carrying out property inspections
- monitor compliance areas and arranging property visits to ensure compliance is maintained
- liaising with contractors and tenants to deal with property maintenance issues
- providing support to the residential sales team
- hours to be agreed but must include every other Saturday with a day off in the week
Requirements
- estate agency experience and/or sales experience preferred, but not essential
- high level communication skills, friendly, outgoing with a professional telephone manner
- presentable, well-spoken and confident
- good IT skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies
- ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
- proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks
- ability to work within a team
- car owner with a full UK driving licence
