Responsibility
- welcoming customers to our Showroom and Guiding them through the many options available
- designing and drawing customers Kitchens, Bedrooms & Home Offices
- ordering all items to complete customers projects for agreed delivery dates
- undertake home visits to measure the kitchen area and consult on design preferences in order to understand the full scope of requirements
- making a presentation to customers of design ideas and helping them to choose colours worktops and appliances.- Negotiate and close sales, invoice and receive deposit using computer pricing system such as EQ
- working with our installers to keep installations running smoothly and making sure the customer is happy at all times and provide full specification packs to fitters

Requirements
- experience in the kitchen industry
- computer literate and good understanding of Windows operating system
- able to work as a team member in a small friendly family run business
- A confident communicator with the ability to engage, question and listen
- ability to develop strong customer relationships and close sales
- high degree of self-awareness and willingness to develop and improve
- to know and understand the full functionality of Articad and kitchen design – functionality and aesthetics
- tidy and organised, with an eye for detail and the ability to accurately gather and record key points/information
