support worker
Responsibility
- talking to both existing and new clients and dealing with calls accordingly
- providing support to Case Progression Officers to include administration tasks, filing, arranging appointments, corresponding with clients and other external organisations
- working hands-on with cases and clients – speaking to Barristers, Magistrates' Court, Crown Prosecution Service and the Police
- our legal support workers work closely with fee earners and have a hands-on role and help with the progression of cases
- we are currently looking for a full-time legal support worker to assist our busy and expanding road traffic law firm. Previous experience within the legal sector or similar role is advantageous but not essential
- as a legal support worker, you will be responsible for delivering support to the Case Progression Officers and other members within your team and an outstanding service to our clients
