Responsibility
- housekeeping employee procedures – To ensure that employment procedures and legislation is followed
- manage staff rotas and allocation of work schedules via our dedicated housekeeping software
- managing day to day issues that arise from property cleans
- to authorise, allocate and record staff absences
- carry out property clean inspections to monitor cleaning team performance and adherence to company standards and provide action plans as required
- hiring, training and supervising new and existing housekeeping and cleaning staff and to cover for cleaners on sick or holiday leave. You will therefore have flexibility to be able to work weekdays and weekends
- linen management - Weekly linen orders and ensuring correct number of linens has been delivered each week
- motivation and appraisal of new and existing employees within the business to promote good employee relations and operate within company procedures and legislation
