Requirements

  • support the development of our network of best-in-class technology suppliers with the goal to establish global distribution partnerships
  • site visits to assess the technical infrastructure across Europe / UK for projects
  • monitor building systems, softwares and processes
  • minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience.Engineering degree from a reputable institution in electrical, mechanical, electronics or similar
  • steer the transformation of assets / portfolios with smart building technology by recommending bespoke technology stacks, validating designs, planning, and costing of systems
  • advise PATRIZIA’s asset / fund managers on energy use and conservation in a range of buildings and sites, with the aim of minimising the environmental impact and reducing its carbon footprint with technology
  • proven track record of delivering state-of-the-art building operating systems and advanced knowledge of protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LoRa etc
  • oversee and supervise the installation of building systems / softwares and commission, organise and assess the work of technology partners and contractors
