Requirements

  • strong accounting experience to management accounts level, preferably in an SME environment
  • competent with SAGE line 50
  • demonstrated initiative, flexibility, teamwork, diplomacy and maturity under pressure, anticipating and resolving problems before they escalate
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and assist multiple team members at the same time
  • the ability to remain flexible, embrace change and help deliver business led changes and initiatives in a positive manner
  • you will have held a Finance Manager / Financial Controller or Practice Manager level role for at least 3 years or at least have been ready for this level of promotion for the same timeframe
  • previous experience at providing commercial support and input to a Senior management team
  • practice Management: 3 years
