  • experience working with young people in settings similar or different
  • this role requires a transferable and an enhanced DBS with experience of working within a supported living environment

  • candidates must have an understanding of relevant legislations relating to the care of young people
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • ideally applicants must have experience of working in partnership with Local Authorities and Health/Social Care professionals
  • IT literate
