selling course places to inbound leads and managing own pipeline
to identify, develop and implement new training courses
conducting outreach via email marketing and drip campaigns to generate new clients via business development
providing pre and post course support to delegates e.g. upselling other courses, dealing with client issues and complaints etc
actively working with the Passport On Tap marketing team to identify additional marketing channels for training clients
managing the existing training catalogue by liaising with trainers, organising new training dates and creating new training courses based on demand
utilising social media to market upcoming training courses and generate interest
project managing the implementation of our new digital platform ‘Legal Training’, which includes organising and overseeing the production of training videos
