Responsibility
- your role as Deputy manager is to manage the daily operations of the soft Play centre
- organise and control staff under her/his control
- ensure accurate completion all daily checks made by staff members
- maintain standards of maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and the premises
- maintain required standards from staff
- ensure all correspondence via email, social media messaging, telephone and voicemail is answered from customers
- you will be joining a friendly and motivated team of staff who have a common goal to create a welcoming and fun and hard-working environment for all who come through Party & Play doors
- ensure the café is stocked correctly and stock orders are made when needed
