  • preparing monthly management accounts
  • bank reconciliations, income forecasts and cashflow forecasting
  • management of the accounting and property system data
  • monitoring lease renewals and move outs and ensuring all data is correct
  • reviewing balance sheet items and intercompany balances
  • raising internal recharges and overseeing preparation on monthly accruals and prepayments
