Responsibility

  • to retain and write new clients
  • to provide a first-class proactive service to clients and prospective Clients
  • to use business development resources to grow the portfolio of new clients e.g., professional connections, personal network, or lead generation services
  • to build and manage a personal sales pipeline
  • to collaborate with internal colleagues and teams e.g., Claims
  • to work within the business model specifically the operational, compliance, policy and processes defined by the business
  • to negotiate with suppliers and insurers for the benefit of clients
  • to use client applications accurately and as defined by the business
