- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- maintaining stock control including ordering to have sufficient levels of food and drink for the restaurant at all times
- responsible for the curation and delivery of exceptional vegetarian menus
- ensuring all customer feedback including compliments, observations and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate
- responsible for hitting food and beverage revenue targets, putting together a business plan when off track to pull back deficit
- work with the Facilities Team to ensure the appropriate sourcing of ingredients from the estate where possible
- negotiating prices to agree the best value for money and service, liaising with suppliers and where possible, using local sources
- responsible for kitchen hygiene and EHO paperwork
- role model and deliver legendary customer care, ensuring we are always using our intuition to respond quickly to every individual customer’s needs
