Responsibility

• we are an all day and night serving PARLOUR, with wonderful comforting and innovative food from Chef/Owner Jesse Dunford Wood
• 3 days off a week
• must have a love for good food, be focused and driven

• A knowledge of British Classic is preferred but not essential
• open for brunch, lunch and dinner 7 days a week
• we would like someone who wants to learn fish and meat butchery, chocolate making, dealing with smoked and cured salmon whilst enjoying old school team work
• everything including the bread is made in house everyday so the ideal candidate would need to be able to work in a fast paced environment
• the position would really suit someone who is local to the area, or that travel would not be too much of a problem

Responsibility

• ensure the correct cleaning practices are being followed in line with the company policies
• ensuring all crockery and cutlery is ready for service
