Responsibility
- an opportunity has arisen at our Derby Prep Department and Bodyshop for a new Manager
- we are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Body shop as an Estimator / Manager
- you may be a qualified and experienced Vehicle Estimator who is looking for a fast track to management
- you may be a Body shop manager today, who is looking for a new and exciting challenge
- this includes upsell authorised by the Central Merchandisers that also needs to be completed in a timely fashion
- either way we will provide all the necessary training and support that you need to succeed
- to monitor the day to day running of our Body shop, maximising the efficiency and productivity of your team
- to provide accurate repair estimates, both on and off site
Requirements
- excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- great communication skills, plus a friendly and courteous manner
- if you are an experienced Estimator or are currently a Bodyshop manager, you may be the right candidate for the job
- the ability to be a team player and inspire the people around you
- current Audatex Certification
- strong organisation and time management skills
- the strength of character to work in a high paced and often demanding environment
- an entrepreneurial spirit helping you to seek out new opportunities and develop/improve already successful processes
