Responsibility
- maintain affective communication with subordinates, Head office and Regional Manager
- provide coverage in instances of Patroller sickness, absence or on vacant sites at direction of Regional Manager
- issue parking charges in line with location guidelines to expectation levels

- provide motivation, encouragement and mentoring to Patrollers in region
- provide feedback to Head Office/Regional Manager on any concerns regarding Patrollers
- to carry out underperformance discussions with patrollers and record action plans
- liaise with Patrollers in region to ensure that sites are patrolled correctly and in accordance with site regulations
- conduct regular Welfare visits with Patrollers
- take delivery of UKPC equipment when required and distribute to Operatives, ensuring officer manager is informed of any changes to distribution
- provide support and assist with any issues when requested by Regional Manager
- provide Practical Training to all new starters in sub-region, ensuring all appropriate documentation is completed correctly
- work with Patrollers to complete incident reports when necessary and submit to Head Office
- liaise with Regional Manager to ensure correct coverage during special events and contingency plans for before, during and after special events
- deputise for Regional Manager when required
- conduct regular Welfare visits with Operatives
- work with Operatives to complete incident reports when necessary and submit to Head Office
- to Support Regional Manager with Investigative process
- provide out of hours support to Patrollers when required
- attend and patrol new sites and feedback on expectation to Head Office
- conduct return to work interviews with Patrollers and submit to Head office
- coordinate personnel to coverage on key sites throughout the region by ensuring coverage rosters are compiled and completed for the respective sub-regions, and appropriate site coverage is maintained
- provide out of hours support to Operatives when required

- pay due regard to the Company’s Health & Safety policy
Requirements
- excellent communicator with a firm but fair approach
- willingness to travel around region
- previous management/supervisor experience preferred but not essential
