- lead on site management across all sites
- 14. Communicate effectively and cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders in order to manage risk and enable smooth, consistent, timely, cost-effective site management and delivery of works
- 10. Ensure contractors have all the necessary checks, permits and RAMS and that they operate safely and with respect to staff and service users, minimising service disruption
- lead on fleet management including vehicle purchase and/or lease, insurance, tax, MOT, safety checks, parking, repairs and maintenance. Take a pro-active approach to minimising and managing risk in line with the driver policy
- work as a key member of the Service Management Group as required. Attend meetings to support joined up strategy, planning, operations, communications and reporting
- draw up and maintain an asset register to record and monitor equipment status, to support budgeting and planned replacement
Contract type
- deliver effective procurement and contract management for all hard and soft facilities
- support the CEO to prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets in line with organisational strategy and manage and report on budgets as per your level of authority
