- you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults and children in their day- to- day lives
- paradise Care is a home care provider based in Oldham. We are a domiciliary care business, aiming to provide high quality care based on individual needs and preferences of the service user, and we implement this using a person-centered approach
- relevent qulaification and experience is desirable. We provide free training and time to shadow our carers to gain first hand experience in our service users homes
- this support could consist of personal care , assisting with house chores and preparing meals for them, taking them out and about for fresh air or even just keeping them company and talking to them
- working as a carer is highly rewarding and makes a huge positive difference to our vulnerable community

Requirements
- previous experience in childcare, social work, or related fields is preferred
- knowledge of basic medical procedures, such as first aid and medication administration
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects or individuals
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with individuals of all ages
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
