Responsibility
- due to expansion, Panks Engineers are currently recruiting for a number of new roles within their Contracts Department
- panks is a friendly, family run business, established in 1842, located in Norwich
- this is a full-time position subject to a three month probation period with the role becoming a permanent position
- this is a full-time position with a six month probation period, then a permanent position for the right candidate
- answering calls from clients/customers
- to attend site when needed
- provide estimates and deliver works
- assist with the management of sub-contracts and supplies
Requirements
- good written and verbal skills/ customer Service
- mechanical support of installations in a Commercial and Domestic environment
- numerate and computer literate
- servicing, fault diagnosis, maintenance and responding to breakdowns with clean and dirty water systems
- organised and methodical
- TIG and MMA Pipe welding to a good standard on SS and CS pipelines
- ability to read Layout and P&IDdrawings and understand control equipment
- provide support on technical issues for customers and staff
