Responsibility
liaise with Colleagues to understand all aspects of the Customer's repair journey
ensure KPI's are met
prepare and maintain Customer records from initial contact through repair journey to invoice preparation
follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
comply with financial regulations and keep records of transactions
working in a friendly team environment, where you are more than just a number
act as the company’s first point of contact, ensuring customer information is accurate - build and develop relationships with new and existing Customers to create a positive Customer experience
Requirements
minimum 2 year of experience in a customer service environment is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate
good working knowledge of MS Office
positive can-do attitude
proven ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work load is essential in this position
excellent written and verbal communication skills
