  • we are after friendly candidates with excellent customer service skills who enjoy working in a casual but professional workplace
  • palmers Lodge is a unique backpacker hostel located in Swiss Cottage, NW3. Open since 2006, we have gained an enviable reputation for offering budget accommodation in a distinctive Victorian Mansion and for providing excellent customer service
  • we have been closed for the last year but are now very excited to be gearing up to open our doors again. Currently we are recruiting for Front Desk and Bar Team Members, working between the reception and the bar
  • managing reservations, taking payments, check-in & out guests, handling enquiries and complaints, patrolling and security walks, responding to Guest reviews, assisting managers with ad hoc task around the hostel

  • you are passionate about hospitality & travel and have experience in a similar role
