Responsibility

  • preparation and cooking of food, following presentation and recipe specifications
  • the right candidate to also have some weekend and evening flexibility
  • assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and private hire functions
  • ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy, assisting with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen units and equipment
  • always maintaining strict food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • monitoring and ordering of stock
  • providing excellent service to customers and staff
  • our restaurant is currently open 9:30am – 4:30pm every day
