Responsibility
- this includes test results, scan reports and Health Screen reports
- entering patient information into electronic health records system for all new patients
- collecting payments from patients if required
- scheduling follow-up appointments for patients who require further information about their results or a consultation with a GP
- communicating with practice staff regarding any issues or problems that may arise in the patient experience or during communication
- monitoring Pathology Results for the company; Tracking results, sending results to patients and ensuring all data is accurate and sent securely in line with GDPR. Liaising with the lab for missing/late results and keeping patients updated regularly
- file, scan and maintain patient records and correspondence on Pall Mall Medical’s medical management system and CRM in a secure and accurate manner, ensuring all confidential information is dealt with appropriately
- deal with all enquiries/emails professionally, proactively and in a timely manner; from patients, clinicians and from member of the team
