  • organising daily tasks and staff duties in the absence of the manager
  • assisting the online team with sales and customer enquiries
  • dealing with high valued handmade stock
  • helping to grow the company's profile through social media, Pop-ups and in-house and outside events
  • administrative support duties

Requirements

  • current or recent retail experience at least in a key role is desirable
  • optional Standard Life pension scheme also available
  • A dedicated, intelligent and conscientious individual who is highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic in their work
  • excellent communication skills and a proven track record in retail sales
  • possess a high level of customer service, enjoys customer interaction and a good sense of humour is essential
  • excellent organisational and motivational skills
