Responsibility
the Business Administration – After Sales position is a key role within the After Sales team at Palamatic
receiving incoming calls to the department, dealing with customer enquiries appropriately and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
producing paperwork, ensuring engineers have everything they need for their visit, liaising with production and purchasing as required
sending required documentation to customers prior to, and after, each service visit
managing and tracking purchase orders and paper trails to ensure the Finance Team are able to invoice efficiently and without query
reporting directly to the After Sales Manager the Administrator will work across all service functions to gain experience of all areas of After Sales
managing engineer competency documentation, assisting with fleet management and collation of all timesheet and expense documentation as required
providing administrative support with tasks such as basic filing, scanning, telephone and email communication through to basic spares quoting, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, assisting with service calendar planning and tracking, supporting the field service engineers where required and providing basic process functions through Sage
